Ginkgo biloba, Ginkgo Tree

Did you know that Ginkgo is endangered in its natural habitat of China? This tree can live for a thousand years! It’s the only species in its genus, class, family and order. It’s commonly cultivated, so we should be planting more of them.

This one is a healthy 50-60 feet high. Found in Hartford, Connecticut.
